Lakeview Loft with Great Terrace

There are a few great lofts in Lakeview.  Because of the way the warehouses were made - very utilitarian industrial space, there often are not options for private out-door space when converted to residential use.

This building on Ravenswood is unique - it has added balconies.  This particular loft has its own private terrace off the living space.  This is my choice of locations for a terrace -  an expansion of the living space.  As you can see from these photos, it is very private and spacious.

The current owners have furnished it with lounge furniture, awning and plantings.  A gas grill may also be used on the terrace.

This fabulous loft has low assessments and is located in the popular Lakeview neighborhood just north of Belmont.  Close to the Red Line, great restaurants and nightlife.

The sleek interior of this 2 bedroom loft has wood ceilings, bamboo floors, updated kitchen and baths with designer finishes.

It is priced at $389,000 (includes a parking space).  Low monthly assessments are $253 and annual property taxes are $5500.
