Lakeview Roofdeck

This is a great example of one of Chicago's favorite outdoor hangouts - the roofdeck of a 5 unit building.  This deck is private to the penthouse unit. 

The 2000 square foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, was built in 2006 and has great finishes.  There is a balcony off the living area plus the deck (good placement for grilling).  The private roofdeck is a great bonus space for this home and true way to experience nights under the stars.
